- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb of chicken wings/drumsticks
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese grated (I used shredded and then chopped up for a finer cheese)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- OPTIONAL: dried parsley, ranch/blue cheese for dipping sauce
- DIRECTIONS:
- Place wings in a single layer in air fryer. Cook at 380F for 12 minutes, flip, and then cook for 12 more minutes
- Make your sauce: combine butter, cheese, and onion powder, garlic powder and salt (I will be honest; I just eyeball how much of each powder to add!)
- Once wings are done cooking, toss in the sauce and serve!
- TIPS: If you want a crispier wing, cook the wings for 5 more minutes at 400F. Also, you can cook wings in the oven at 400F for 45-50 minutes.
- Pros: Delicious, quick, and perfect for the fall (football!!!)
- Cons: Melted butter and cheese… not super healthy, but substitute butter for ghee for a healthier option.
