The basis of the site is to promote good nutrition inside and outside of the traditional kitchen. Nutrition is one of the most important aspects of health that individuals can make deliberate and easy changes to. In this tab, I will be posting nutrition information from nutrition courses that I have taken, my nutrition education in medical school, and other sources of information.
