Shrimp Pesto Pasta

    • Pesto (2-3 tablespoons)
    • Pre-cooked frozen shrimp (thawed)
    • Birds Eye SteamFresh Vegetable Pasta
    • Shredded Mozzarella
    • Pepper/Red Pepper Flakes
    1. Warm up the pasta according to package instructions
    2. Warm up shrimp for 30 seconds and season as desired
    3. Mix in shrimp, pasta, and enough pesto to coat the pasta and shrimp
    4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
    5. Warm up for 30 seconds in the microwave – top with black pepper and red pepper flakes
  • TIPS: You can get a variety of flavors of the vegetable pasta (I always get the olive oil because you can mix and match flavors more easily!)
  • Pros: Easy. This meal took 4 minutes to make! It is packed with fiber, protein, and good veggies.
  • Cons: The vegetable pasta is more expensive than normal pasta and is a smaller serving size.
