- INGREDIENTS
- Pesto (2-3 tablespoons)
- Pre-cooked frozen shrimp (thawed)
- Birds Eye SteamFresh Vegetable Pasta
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Pepper/Red Pepper Flakes
- DIRECTIONS:
- Warm up the pasta according to package instructions
- Warm up shrimp for 30 seconds and season as desired
- Mix in shrimp, pasta, and enough pesto to coat the pasta and shrimp
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
- Warm up for 30 seconds in the microwave – top with black pepper and red pepper flakes
- TIPS: You can get a variety of flavors of the vegetable pasta (I always get the olive oil because you can mix and match flavors more easily!)
- Pros: Easy. This meal took 4 minutes to make! It is packed with fiber, protein, and good veggies.
- Cons: The vegetable pasta is more expensive than normal pasta and is a smaller serving size.
